Maintenance Technician | Day Shift | Technical Services | Food Industry | TechnicianYour New RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a highly automated production environment. You’ll be responsible for resolving mechanical issues, performing scheduled maintenance, and supporting the implementation of new technologies—including the introduction of three fully automated lines and workplace robotics.You’ll work a day shift with one Saturday shift every three weeks. In return, you’ll receive a compensatory day off during the week. This role offers a mix of planned and ad-hoc tasks, and you’ll collaborate closely with line leads to coordinate maintenance activities. If you enjoy mentoring, there’s also the option to supervise interns.This is a dynamic opportunity with clear growth potential, including the possibility to advance to Head of Technical Services.What You’ll Need to Succeed

Strong mechanical skills (basic electrical knowledge is a plus)

2–5 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in a production or fresh produce environment

MBO-level technical education (e.g. mechanical engineering or mechatronics)

A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills and the ability to switch quickly between tasks

Willingness to work one Saturday every three weeks

Proficiency in English (German and Dutch is a plus)
