Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst (IT) with a focus on IT-supplier management. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Mission Context:

DORA / Third party IT risk management

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for elicitation, analysis and documentation of IT-supplier and complementary information to deliver and execute requirements from the updated 'third party technology risk management' procedure.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and foster reuse and continuity of that knowledge across all projects enabling the program.
  • Analyse and adapt processes in cooperation with local IT management.
  • Participate in transitioning and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
  • Assist in translating requirements into contract security schedules per arrangement.
  • Participate in quality management reviews on legacy and new business arrangements.
  • Plan and actively execute the business analysis requirements to local third-party (technology & risk) management.
  • Serve as a liaison to the IT risk officer, CIO, and IT & IT-security management.

Data Responsibilities:

  • Work with contract owners, architects, and other subject matter experts to assess current risk levels of IT-suppliers.
  • Participate in identifying, analyzing, and formalizing business and IT requirements for compliant DORA / TPTRM contracts and their schedules.
  • Support the registration of all IT-suppliers in target solutions/modules, maintaining data quality and attribute rules as expected by the region and corporate standards.
  • Support progress reporting and IT-risk related committee preparation.
  • Analyze identified data quality issues against source systems and existing data quality capabilities to confirm the source of the issue.
  • Review TPTRM-related outcomes with business owners and other content reviewers.
  • Proactively identify and articulate issues, present solutions and options, and define paths toward resolution where appropriate.
  • Follow up on prioritization and workload of third-party management topics weekly, ensuring exhaustive results.

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch: Basic (proficiency is a plus)
  • French: Basic (proficiency is a plus)
  • English: Good

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Location:

  • Candidate should be in proximity to Brussels (Belgium) or Oosterhout (Netherlands).

Required Experience / Knowledge:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, with experience in third party (IT) supplier management and/or IT contract management considered a plus.

Technical Experience:

  • Practical exposure to analyzing and supporting updates of IT-supplier contracts.
  • Ability to analyze IT supplier contracts.
  • Ability to review in a risk-based and pragmatic way.
  • Knowledge of main contractual, security, and overall requirements per contract.
  • Understanding of processes and principles regarding third party risk management.
  • Ability to assess data changes for contractual impact.
  • Knowledge of business and data rules used to populate data.
  • Knowledge of the EU DORA pact and affinity with IT-supplier/contract management is a real plus.

Business Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with requirements management, modeling, and change control software.
  • Ability to understand business and data requirements.
  • Ability to gather, develop, analyze, and document high-level requirements.
  • Ability to develop detailed requirements based on input from various sources, including analysis results and user feedback.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective communicator able to present content and gain buy-in.
  • Ability to work effectively with external vendors and internal clients at varying executive levels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills within and between teams.
  • Excellent root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to identify all aspects of an assignment and examine them objectively to present an overall point of view and make a diagnosis.
  • Ability to identify correlations between situations and key questions in complex scenarios.
  • Interviewing skills.
  • Knowledge of the EU DORA pact and affinity with IT-supplier/contract management is a real plus.
