What will you be contributing to?

You will be part of the Procurement organization reporting to the Head of 3P Procurement, contributing to the overall optimization of direct spend.

The location of this vacancy is Breda. 

Your responsibility will be…

To take the lead on dedicated 3P projects such as NPD, outsourcing and make or buy analysis as well as managing key strategic suppliers to support procurement strategy and overall company results, impacting top and bottom-line growth and net working capital reduction.

You will do so by mainly focusing on:

  • Developing sourcing strategies for your portfolios
  • Contract management & negotiation
  • Portfolio cost reduction
  • Working capital reduction
  • Innovation and Sustainability
  • This role presents a very exciting opportunity where we need someone who can work independently, is not afraid to use a lot of own initiative and can be persistent.

  • You have acquired the following:

  • Educated to Bachelor/master’s degree level.
  • Minimum 3 years procurement experience in a multi-country environment.
  • Strong analytical, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • English language – business proficiency.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful projects.
  • This position is full-time/ hours per week with travel required (-%).
