Wat je gaat doen

As a factory operator, you will be responsible for helping produce high-quality industrial packaging such as plastic barrels and jerrycans.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

• Assembling and sealing plastic containers;
• Checking for quality and defects;
• Preparing items for shipment (stacking and wrapping);
• Keeping your workstation tidy and safe;
• Reporting any minor issues or irregularities.

Wat we je bieden

• €16.02 gross per hour (excluding shift bonus);
• 28% extra for working in up to 3 different shifts, paid over every hour;
• 8.33% profit-sharing bonus on all hours worked;
• Travel allowance to and from work;
• Fulltime availability (24–40 hours/week based on your preference);
• Training provided – no prior experience necessary;
• Fresh food available at work – enjoy daily sandwiches in the canteen.

• You speak either English or Dutch well enough to communicate;
• You’re ready to work full-time and available for rotating shifts;
• You have reliable transportation to get to Oosterhout;
• You are eager to learn and want to grow in a structured environment.
