After this period, you will independently conduct installation and service work at clients locations. Although the position requires a high degree of independence, you will also be part of a close team of service engineers. Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, are essential as you will be a key representative of our company. Finally, international travel and intercultural communication are important aspects of the job (travel frequency: 70%). /ppIn addition to applying installation and service work in the printing industry, you are also willing to anticipate further logistics projects requiring mechanical/electrical support in the logistics industry. /ppAs an international service engineer, you are responsible for several tasks within projects. These include gathering specifications, performing installation and commissioning work of our high‑end control systems. After‑sales activities such as maintenance, conducting system diagnostics and system training complete the job‑profile. Activities are carried out in close cooperation and with the support of project management and customer support. /ppbYour Profile: /b /pulliIntermediate vocational education degree (HBO or MBO+) in electrical engineering, measurement and control engineering, computer science, or a related field. /liliPossession of a VCA certificate (or willing to achieve) and a valid driver’s licence. /liliStrong technical problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently with attention to detail. /liliAbility to prioritise tasks and approach work in a goal‑oriented manner. /liliProficiency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
