GXO LOGISTICS NETHERLANDS B.V. manages one of the most modern distribution centers in the Netherlands for IKEA in Oosterhout, in the region of Breda, Waalwijk, Tilburg, Etten-Leur, and Roosendaal. You work as a Logistics Employee in a large, international team where English is the main language. The warehouse is easy to reach, and the atmosphere is informal. You get on-the-job guidance and there is plenty of room to grow. Together with your colleagues, you are the link between IKEA and the customer as a Logistics Employee.

As a Logistics Employee at GXO in the IKEA distribution center in Oosterhout, you will immediately start with a salary between €17,26 and €22.69 gross per hour, including allowances for all hours. You will work together with your team in a modern, international environment in Oosterhout, right in the region of Breda, Waalwijk, Tilburg, Etten-Leur, and Roosendaal. You make sure IKEA products are packed, checked, and prepared for shipping properly. You will pack boxes, check the quality of products, complete orders, and process them using a hand scanner and EPT. You also collect orders, seal pallets, and keep your workspace safe and tidy. As a Logistics Employee, you work in a 3-shift system, so your working hours are flexible. A typical day as a Logistics Employee involves order picking, packing products, and making sure everything leaves on time. There is plenty of variety, you work accurately, and you make a direct impact by ensuring customers get their orders on time and in perfect condition. - Night Shift: Monday to Friday (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Saturday (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; on Saturdays: 1:30 PM – 9:15 PM)
- Morning Shift: Monday to Saturday (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; on Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
Functie-eisen
Who are you? You’re looking for a job as a Logistics Employee, warehouse worker, warehouse operator, packer, or order picker. You are motivated and available for a full-time or part-time position. Speaking and understanding English is required because you will work in an international team. Experience in logistics is a plus but not required – starters are welcome. You like to work together, are accurate, and enjoy being physically active. Experience with EPT or a hand scanner is useful, but you will receive training on the job anyway. You live within a maximum of 40 km from Oosterhout.
