The warehouse is strategically located on the A59, easily accessible from Breda, Tilburg, Waalwijk, and Dordrecht. The team is known for its collegiality and dynamic work environment, where you as an employee are at the center. /p bFunctieomschrijving /b pAs a logistics employee at GXO IKEA in Oosterhout, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of distribution processes. You will use a hand scanner and EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) to collect and prepare products for shipment. You will work in a dynamic team and receive 2-3 days of training to learn all the ins and outs of the job. Working hours are flexible with shifts from Monday to Saturday in three shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. This means your day is never the same! /p pJob Responsibilities: /p ul liOrder picking of IKEA products using a hand scanner /li liDriving an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) /li liRegistering picked products correctly in the system for shipment /li liMoving through the warehouse to collect orders efficiently /li liEnsuring accuracy and completeness of orders /li liFollowing warehouse procedures and safety guidelines /li liSupporting smooth daily warehouse operations /li liWorking together with colleagues in a large distribution center /li /ul bFunctie-eisen /b pYou have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written. Experience is not required, but you must be accurate, flexible, and proactive. Additionally, it is important that you can think problem-solving and be safety-conscious at work. /p pRequirements: /p ul liAvailable to work fulltime or parttime (24 to 40 hours per week) /li liWilling and able to work in a 3-shift system (including early, late, night and Saturday shifts) /li liGood command of the English language (mandatory) /li liPhysically fit and able to perform active, hands-on warehouse work /li liAccurate and detail-oriented working style /li liMotivated and reliable attitude /li liWillingness to learn and follow training (2–3 days onboarding) /li liExperience in logistics or order picking is a plus, but not required /li liAble to commute to the IKEA Distribution Center in Oosterhout /li /ul bArbeidsvoorwaarden /b pAt GXO, we offer you a competitive hourly wage of €17.26 and a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
