On-Site Installation / Commissioning Manager

Your Mission:

As On-Site Installation / Commissioning Manager, you will lead the on-site execution of electrical and mechanical installations of our high-end sorting systems worldwide. As the key point of contact between the customer, subcontractors, and internal teams, the role requires strong communication and coordination skills. This ensures alignment of all parties and smooth project execution. The position also carries responsibility for compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and contractual obligations. By effectively managing priorities and activities, you ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Whether you are experienced or just starting out, we will help you find your place in our family. We provide the opportunity to implement your ideas at our worldwide installations. In direct contact with our partners and customers, you will be the representative of the company!

Your Profile:

  • Enjoy travelling the world (80-90%)
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Practical experience in electronics or mechatronics
  • A vocational (MBO) degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Experience as an On-Site Installation or Commissioning Manager or the ambition to grow into this role
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy
  • A goal-oriented mindset with strong task focus
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
