Proces Operator 2 shifts

Process Operator | 2-Shift | Technical Operator | Food | MadeYour New RoleAs a Process Operator, you play a key role in the production process. You’ll work in a modern, highly automated environment where fresh fruit is sorted, weighed, and packaged daily. Your responsibilities include setting up, adjusting, and optimising production lines, resolving mechanical issues, and performing preventive maintenance. You’ll also support the onboarding of new colleagues and, if desired, supervise interns.You’ll work in a two-shift system (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00), with one Saturday shift every three weeks and a compensatory day off during the week.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Strong technical insight, especially in mechanical systems (electrical knowledge is a plus)

Experience in a production or technical environment (experience in fresh produce is a plus)

A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset

Strong communication skills and the ability to switch quickly between tasks

Willingness to work in shifts and occasionally on Saturdays

Proficiency in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus)
